Sara's Journey

6 months into her fitness journey with me, Sara has lost an incredible 2 stone, dropped almost 2 dress sizes and is stronger, moving better and feeling fitter and healthier.

Using an app called MyFitnessPal Sara has been tracking her food and reducing her portion size to create a calorie deficit. Training with me once a week and swimming by herself has b


uilt muscle to boost metabolism. This helps with weight loss.


We've been working on functional movement patterns doing squats to bench, hip hinges and overhead pulls and presses. She can now pick things up from the floor and reach overhead cupboards. This has made a huge difference to her everyday life.


Ultimately it has been achieved by her commitment and hard work and I applaud her for her sheer determination. Having a long term condition has not inhibited her from this process and she is hoping to inspire others with their journey. As she says " If I can do it anyone can!"
