New Year and New Goals - why not try Boxercise?

Here is what one of my clients says about the classes:

"Su's boxercise classes are brilliant. Being in my 60’s, boxercise is great for maintaining muscle mass and function.
It also helps keep my brain alert doing sets of moves and provides me with a fun way of getting some aerobic exercise. Sue is excellent at adapting the classes to individuals and she keeps a close eye on everyone to see if we are struggling. The classes are great fun and I’ve met some lovely people there too.
