  • Support for Medical Conditions or Injuries: Your health and safety are my top priorities. If you have a medical condition or injury, rest assured that I'll work closely with you and any healthcare professionals involved to create a safe and effective exercise plan tailored to your needs.

  • Transparent Pricing: I believe in transparency, which is why my pricing is straightforward. Sessions are priced at £30 for 45 minutes or £39.50 for one hour. Additionally, my 12-week program offers exceptional value, including access to my app or paper copies of your personalized program.

 

  • Continuous Support: My commitment to your success doesn't end when you leave the gym. With my app, you can provide feedback, track your progress, and stay connected with me throughout the week, ensuring you always have the support you need to reach your goals.
